Systematic and Historical Theology
Christian doctrine, the creeds and councils, and the theological traditions of the global church.
Pastoral Ministry and Preaching
Homiletics, pastoral care, worship leadership, and the practice of shepherding a congregation.
Counseling and Spiritual Formation
Theological anthropology, soul care, discernment, and formation in Christlike character.
Mission and Intercultural Studies
Biblical mission, world Christianity, evangelism, and ministry across cultures and languages.

Academic governance
Who owns the standard.
The school publishes its degree plans, its assessment format, and its pass mark. These are the bodies accountable for each of them.
Faculty Senate
Authors and reviews every degree plan, and approves the learning outcomes each pathway is assessed against.
Assessment Committee
Owns the ministry assessment banks, the draw size, the time limit, and the pass mark, and audits question quality.
Prior Learning Review
Reads documented ministry service and study against published outcomes, and records what it accepts.
Accreditation Liaison
Maintains the seminary’s standing with ICAS and keeps published claims aligned with the record.

Every course is theological
No general-education filler borrowed from another faculty. Even the foundation courses are biblical and doctrinal.

Teaching staff affirm the Statement of Faith, so doctrine is taught from inside the tradition rather than about it.

Assessment asks what a student can do with Scripture in a pulpit, a hospital room, or a mission field.
