Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment, including your legal name and valid email address.
• Complete all required assessments honestly and without unauthorized assistance.
• Accept full responsibility for maintaining the integrity of your credentials.
• Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Enrollment fees are paid by debit or credit card through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are collected by GoThink Digital Group on behalf of Life Seminary, and your card statement may show GoThink Digital Group or LIFE.EDU.KG. All prices are stated and charged in USD. Card details are entered on the processor's own secure page; the seminary does not receive or store your card number.

You are responsible for reviewing the fee and description shown at checkout before authorizing the payment, and for any currency conversion or international transaction fee your bank applies. A payment is complete only after our server verifies it with the payment processor.

The published academic-service fees are:

• Application: free for each submitted program application
• Program assessment fee, charged once after an application is approved and covering the ministry assessment for the published degree plan, reassessment under the academic policy, the credit record, the electronic degree, and its verification page. There is no term renewal fee, no per-assessment fee, and no retake fee.
• Bachelor's program: 120 credits over 33 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 39,900, reduced to $49 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($49 minimum total)
• Master's program: 36 credits over 12 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 59,900, reduced to $69 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($69 minimum total)
• Doctoral program: 60 credits over 20 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 89,900, reduced to $149 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($149 minimum total)
• Nothing further is charged after the degree is issued. The electronic degree, the credit record, and the permanent verification page are included in the program fee.
• Credentials are electronic records available through their secure verification and student-portal pages.

8.1 Parties. These Terms are a contract between you and Life Seminary, a separately registered institution that admits students, confers degrees, and maintains the academic record. Administrative and payment services are provided by GoThink Digital Group, 228 Hamilton Avenue, 3rd Floor, Palo Alto, California 94301, United States, on behalf of Life Seminary. GoThink Digital Group operates the payment account through which fees are collected, so its name may appear on your card statement. Admission, academic decisions, and the conferral of degrees are the responsibility of Life Seminary.

8.2 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to our services, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate in section 8.4. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country where you live.

8.3 Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you and the Seminary each agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Write to [email protected] describing the dispute and the resolution you are seeking; the Seminary will write to the email address associated with your application or account. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may begin arbitration.

8.4 Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed. The arbitration will be conducted in English before a single arbitrator, and the seat of arbitration is Santa Clara County, California. Where the AAA rules allow, a hearing may take place by video conference or be decided on written submissions, so you are not required to travel. Arbitration fees are allocated as those rules provide. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.5 Exceptions. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in Santa Clara County, California, or in the county where you live, if the claim qualifies. Either party may ask a court for injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property.

8.6 Courts. Any matter that is not subject to arbitration will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and the Seminary consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
