How to pay Kingdom of Life University fees by card
Applications are free. Chargeable Kingdom of Life University fees are paid with a debit or credit card through Stripe, our payment processor. Each checkout shows the exact amount in US dollars, a unique payment reference, and its confirmation status.
Step 1
Prepare a card that works internationally
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted, along with most international debit cards. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered. Cards are the only accepted payment method.
Fees are charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, confirm with your bank that international payments are enabled and be aware that your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.
Step 2
Start the checkout from your Kingdom of Life University fee page
When your application is ready, continue to the program assessment fee page and select the payment button. You are taken to a secure page hosted by Stripe. Before entering card details, confirm all of these:
- The address bar shows checkout.stripe.com
- The amount matches the published fee
- The description names the correct fee
- You arrived by selecting the button yourself
Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and are never sent to, or stored by, the university.
Step 3
Complete any bank verification
Many banks require a second step for card payments: a one-time code by SMS, an approval inside your banking app, or a 3-D Secure page. Complete it. If you close the window at this point the payment does not go through, even though your bank may briefly show a pending authorisation.
Step 4
Return and confirm
Stripe sends you back to the Kingdom of Life University page automatically. The status updates as soon as the payment clears — usually within seconds. You do not need to keep the page open: confirmation is recorded by our server whether or not your browser is still there.
Step 5
Keep your receipt
Stripe emails a receipt to the address on the payment. The Kingdom of Life University confirmation screen also links to it. Keep it: it is the fastest way for support to locate a payment, and it is what an employer or sponsor will accept as proof of fees paid.
Step 6
Security rules
- Enter card details only on the Stripe page you reached from a Kingdom of Life University button.
- Verify the domain is www.life.edu.kg before starting a payment.
- University staff never ask for your card number, CVC, PIN, or banking password.
- Kingdom of Life University support never needs remote access to your device.
- Ignore direct messages claiming they can release, discount, or fix a payment.
- Start a fresh checkout for each fee rather than reusing an old link.
