Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis. A new application window opens at the start of each month, with a deadline on the last day of the month.

Competency-Based Ministry Assessment & Result
The knowledge component is available when you are ready, while the result also recognizes documented ministry experience under the published weighting.
Competency-Based Ministry Assessment
30 questions are drawn from the pathway's 70-question bank for the 60-minute theological knowledge component of the Competency-Based Ministry Assessment.
Readiness-Based Access
Submit the assessment when ready. If another sitting is needed, access reopens 24 hours after the previous sitting at no extra fee.
Weighted Ministry Experience
The reported result combines theological knowledge (40%) with assessed ministry experience (60%).
Continuous Progress
Competency-Based Ministry Assessment recognizes demonstrated learning against the published degree plan, bringing theological knowledge and ministry experience into a combined result.
Seminary Observances
Administrative offices and student services are closed on the following federal holidays. The assessment portal remains accessible.
